As a condition of my participation in the Bard Athletic Center Activities at Columbia University Health Sciences Campus, and my use of the center facilities in connection therewith, I agree and acknowledge neither the Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, nor its Officers, Agents or Employees (the "University"), shall have any loss, injury or damage, incurred, or suffered by me in connection with my participation in the Bard Athletic Center at Columbia University's Facilities in connection therewith.
